Zeroflame Fire Retardant Varnish overcoat in matt eggshell gloss for wood.
Like Zeroflame Treatment, Zeroflame Varnish has a number of distinctive features, the main one being that Class 0 Fire Propagation Protection can be achieved on timber surfaces in only two coats, resulting in not only a material saving but also a labour cost saving. Zeroflame Varnish, which is a three component product, a two-pack base coat and a single-pack finish, is supplied in a very simple package configuration - everything you need to treat 20m2 supplied in one box.

Zeroflame Fire Retardant Paint.
Zeroflame Paint must be one of the most versatile fire protection coatings available on the market. It will achieve Class 1 and Class 0 on timber surfaces, it will maintain Class 1 and Class 0 on non-combustible surfaces such as plaster walls. It can be applied over sound existing coatings and can be over-coated with standard acrylic paints where a decorative finish is required.

Zeroflame AquaSteel WB+ 30 & 60 minute fire protection for structural steel.
Intumescent Coating for Structural Steel. Calculating the required material to achieve fire protection for structural steel normally involves the complicated and time consuming process of getting details of all the structural steel areas involved in the project and calculating the exact amount of material required for each. Zeroflame simplified this process with the introduction of AquaSteel 30 and AquaSteel 60, two products for achieving 1/2 hour and 1 hour fire protection respectively in a maximum of 3 coats; now it is even easier. AquaSteel WB+ Intumescent Coating combines the ability to protect all standard steel sizes and profiles for both 1/2 hour and 1 hour fire resistance in a single product. This product is water based, non-hazardous and can be used in stable internal environments without a sealer coat. When used externally or in areas subject to intermittent wetting, appropriate finish coats must be used. AquaSteel is white but can be overcoated with a compatible product if a colour finish is required.
